I hope this message finds you well. Over the last two months, legislators have returned home – connecting with our friends, family, and neighbors – after a critical, difficult session.
You should have received your 2026 Legislative Review newsletter this week. The newsletter will give you a comprehensive breakdown of the major highlights from the 2026 session.

Election-Year Restrictions
As I enter an election-year cycle, my legislative communications will be subject to an election-year freeze beginning Monday, May 4. This restriction will remain in place until the Washington Secretary of State certifies the election results at the end of November. As a result, my website will not be updated, and no newsletters will be sent until then.
Please note that this freeze does not limit my ability to respond to your emails, phone calls, or messages. I am also still available to meet with you in person, so I encourage you to reach out as you normally would.
