Rep. Skyler Rude, R-Walla Walla, talks about House Bill 1131 that gives parody between private and public schools for waivers during times of emergency, House Bill 1145 which covers the Walla Walla Watershed Program, and a wine bill he co-sponsored with Rep. Kelley Chambers of Puyallup that helps people studying the craft get jobs in the field earlier.
