Rep. Skyler Rude speaks in support of his bill relating to the Walla Walla Water 2050 Plan
During House floor debate, Rep. Skyler Rude, R-Walla Walla, speaks in support of his sponsored legislation House Bill 1322. The Walla Walla Water 2050 Plan is an important water supply issue in the Walla Walla water basin. This bill provides authority to build infrastructure in Oregon if needed to protect water supplies in Washington state. The bill is also an important step forward for salmon recovery in the Walla Walla river basin.
